SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms govern text messages sent by Ewing & Co., operated by Gregory Ewing, from (510) 804-2999.

Program description

After you provide consent or initiate a text conversation, Ewing & Co. may send transactional messages about your requested real-estate inquiry. Messages may include inquiry confirmations, appointment scheduling, requested property or buyer-criteria follow-ups, document notices, and transaction updates. We do not use purchased contact lists for this program.

Consent and frequency

By expressly agreeing verbally or initiating a text conversation and requesting continued communication, you consent to receive texts related to your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service. Message frequency varies according to your inquiry.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to cancel. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, email gregewing1@icloud.com, or call (510) 804-2999.

Charges and delivery

Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and network availability.

Privacy and changes

Mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
